The Nordic Ski Centre was established over thirty years ago with a view to encouraging school age students to participate in Cross Country skiing by offering an affordable option for ski hire. We provide hire of classic or skate skies with boots and poles.  Schools wanting to hire skis are asked to book early to secure your preferred dates.

Equipment held by the Nordic Ski Centre is available for use by:

• students attending Mount Beauty Secondary College and its feeder primary schools, whether participating in official school activities or otherwise;
• parents of students attending Mount Beauty Secondary College and its feeder primary schools, while skiing with their children;
• students attending other schools, while participating in official school activities;

PRICING
Classic or Skate Skis with Boots and Poles.

Locals
Daily/Weekend Hire $13.20 ($12.00 + $1.20 GST).
Holiday Hire $25.00 ($22.73 + $2.27 GST)

Non-Locals
Daily/Weekend Hire $18.70. This includes GST which is able to be claimed back by your school. Please charge your students $17.
Holiday Hire $37.40 ($34.00 + $3.40 GST)
