Interschool Sports

Mount Beauty Secondary College Interschool Sports Program includes both individual and team sports. Whole school events include House Swimming, Athletics, and Cross Country competitions with individual and team winners invited to compete against Oven and Mitta School Sports Victoria (SSV) Division schools.

Students in Years 7-10 participate in a large variety of physical activities during weekly sport classes, including Volleyball, Basketball, Football, Netball, Cricket, Table Tennis, Water Polo, Badminton and Tag Rugby, Ultimate Frisbee, Tennis, Australian Rules Football, .  Students can then choose to compete against other local schools during interschool competitions held each term.

Individual and team winners of the Oven and Mitta SSV Division level advance to compete at Regional (Hume) and State levels (SSV).

Students have the opportunity to compete in non SSV interschool sports competitions such as Mountain Biking, Gymnastics and Skiing.
